Living in a mechanical dream, where individuals function as tools, their consciousness only occasionally surfacing like faint whispers in the background, reminiscent of the distorted signal of an aging, malfunctioning TV. ... What a tragedy that would be ? The title draws inspiration from the Dadaist film 'Ballet Mécanique' by Fernand Léger and Dudley Murphy. This work is a personal homage to the world of video experimentation and the early avant-garde cinema. A motor starting up, drills whirring, a bandsaw cutting through materials, and the rhythmic clinking of gears, all accompanied by 'The Flea Waltz' playing in the background.
