When the Titans fell, incalculable destruction had befallen the cities and villages of Neo Edo. The Titan Wars left both sides severely crippled with tremendous damage done to the infrastructure across the Shognate. In the furthest outskirts of the empire, it was clear aid was not arriving anytime soon. Left to fend for their own survival, the people of these settlements began to harvest the immense energy contained within the Titans.
